My primary site concept is restoration - cars, houses, furniture etc. My initial seed generator brainstorm has less than 30 keywords and the three concepts I'm most interested in are included. The next step in the action guide is to enter your three seed words and do a Site Concept Finder query. So, is entering "car restoration", "house restoration" and "furniture restoration" appropriate or does it need just a single word concept?

Yes, you would enter them into the Site Concept Finder as 2 word phrases, Robert.
These are three smaller niches within the broader niche of restoration, which your
search revealed in the Seed Generator. :-)
