I'm not quite sure where this would fit so if I'm on the wrong board let me know!
My site is 8 yrs old. Home canning is my niche. I'm adding some content that is sort of borderline within this niche. Some gardening, and more importantly because it is an income stream, freeze dried foods. Specifically, healthy freeze-dried foods.
It has been suggested to me that I consider rebranding Simply Canning to broaden my niche. The other option is to start another site.... which feels overwhelming to me. I barely keep up as it is. Right now I did start a second FB page and a tier2 on my site for freeze dried foods.
What do you think my options would be to rebrand Simply Canning. This is what my colleague suggested... (he's not an SBIer btw)
Have you thought about re-branding Simply Canning to Simply Food, Simply Healthy Food, or Simple Healthy Food (or similar)? I think a single brand that's expanded would serve you best. You could rebrand just your FB page to start, and then work on a possible website transition later
I thought maybe just a new subtitle that incorporated the expanded topics?
