For about three weeks now, I cannot publish anything submitted to Content 2.0. I thought that SBI was undergoing maintenance and the problem would be rectified but it has been ongoing.

It worked perfectly everytime until about three weeks ago. Any comments, help provided - appreciated!

Also I used to get a little help pop up on the right of the screen, but none today when I looked for it,....sigh. Could have used live help today.

I can publish, but as soon as it goes through, I get the sorry maintenance page. When I go to check, it's gone through fine. I will open a support ticket too. :?

I am having the same problem, the page is made but not showing in the blog entry nor on the homepage in the 'Recent articles' box. Till August 23, 2017, all pages built via C2 were showing both in the blog entry 'What's New' and on the homepage box.
I have already written to support for help to resolve the matter.

the matter was probably resolved by Support with no intimation regarding the problem and no explanation on how to resolve it. The entered pages started to show up, however, when a new page was entered today it has again vanished!! Are we supposed to write every time to Support who would do the needful without bothering to inform us about the problem and how to tackle it should we encounter it again? Very disappointed with the whole deal.

I usually keep the emails they send me until the matter is resolved to my satisfaction. Just reply to it, and it keeps the reference number. Don't give up!

Hi Arjumand,

Sometimes it is being worked on and it can have a bug appear; sometimes it is a browser issue. So it is always a good idea, as Jackie noted, to revive the same Support ticket to keep track ... but only if within 30 days of the last email in the ticket ... resolved tickets are closed automatically. If your ticket was closed, be sure and open a new ticket and tell Support the number of the old ticket so they can get the history.
