Everything the solopreneur could possibly want to know about BOTH basic newsletters and email marketing (ex., publishing frequency, strategies, tips and growing your list to PREsell and do some basic monetization) AND if/how/when to bridge to more advanced systems and turn this PREselling channel into a strong monetization model for solopreneurs. This Solo Build It! forum is "all things email marketing."

It seems that the pictures are way huge starting with the header. I have to make my screen full size to catch it all. Maybe keep the images to the left and the text wrapped to the right? Center took the pictures way right on my screen (desktop 23" where I keep two windows open….).

Thanks for taking the time to read this newsletter. I greatly appreciate it. How the heck do I fix this? I am at a loss. Any suggestions? How have you avoided this problem?

Thanks

Hi Theona from [Domain Private]

Where on your website is the sign up for the Newsletter?
Cheers,
Marylyn

Just found it by clicking the Join button - Personally I think this may confuse some folk. Can you change the prompt to Free Newsletter or something along those lines?

PPS: Does the Hello Bar take me to a subscription page? I didn't want to click it just in case :-)

PPPS: How do I access the Newsletter you just sent out please? Do you have a Back Copy page?

So, this is in MOM? I found out (by accident) that MOM newsletters are not responsive - at least the images in it aren't. So, I use an image specially edited for the newsletter, with a bigger version on the actual newsletter page on my site. The maximum image size seems to be 300 pixels, with the bigger (on site version) at 600 pixels.

Thanks Jacki,
But how do I make it so that the content to look like this???

[Domain Private]

I've seen a few other newsletters formatted like this.

Thanks

It could be that it's made with some html, which up until about a year ago was the only way to format things. Most of that could be done with the MOM Beta tool. What exactly is it that you like about it?

I like the way all of the content falls in such a tight confined space. I guess the best way to describe it is a neat appearance. I email support for help but haven't gotten a resolution yet. If this template for MOM isn't responsive what it the solution other than Mail chimp?

It looks like that template is just the regular one that BB1 used to use - that's before your time I think. I don't know if the newer format is responsive - it seemed that it was just the pictures that weren't. I don't have a cell phone so I can't check it. Now, I use pictures that are 300 pixels, not like the ones I use in a regular BB2 page, which are 600 pixels wide.
