Richard, this is what Semrush has to say about your site, and if you click on the very bottom of the first graph it says that there are lots of changes in the index. So don't throw in the towel just yet! [Domain Private]

Dan, same thing with yours. With traffic like that, you may notice more jumps in the case of some of the algorithms. Hang in there! [Domain Private]

your actual traffic is in your SBI traffic dashboard,

SEM rush is just a tool to get a estimate of competitors traffic and keywords ..

Other estimation tools would be Alexa rank ... there's many around

Just different. I check in several ways, Google Analytics, Stat Counter (these are the most accurate because you put special tracking code on your site), SBI! traffic stats and as Stephen says, there are others.

I use Google Analytics which I consider the most accurate. Whether it is or not, I don't really know for sure but I do believe it is. SemRush is all over the place, Alexa rankings are inaccurate at best. (I haven't looked at them for a long, long time as I feel they are totally useless) SBI! include robot visits so I use Google Analytics when I want the most accurate information.

Ah, OK, thanks for the information on the traffic sites. Interesting.

While my SBI stats are down 10% to 15% over the last 2 months, Semrush is showing a spike up, and Adsense income is recovering sharply. Strange times!

Best wishes

I've been hit too, in March and again this month. This definitely wasn't a non event for me. Things are still rocky with my Google rankings even now. Not sure what they're doing? What's really weird too is some articles are ranking higher than mine (overtook mine) yet they contain little or poor quality content? It sucks, but just gotta keep pushing on. :(

Yes, we have it at about 15 percent down.

And this google dance is IMO natural. As if it delists one site then something must jump
in that place. So suddenly sites got uplifted with fresh traffic.
But this is temporary, everything will level out sooner or later.
