SBI!'s Brainstormer builds an amazing list of keywords. You work with that list in the MKL. Add, find and sort, of course. MKL shines when you use functions such as Seeds, Groups, Filters, Columns, Get Google $. Set up tasks or use pre-defined ones. Discuss keyword profitability, supply and demand.
Caveat: Computers do NOT think. Humans do. Don't become "number-bound." - use human JUDGMENT, too!

I have a question. In my MKL I have
Barbecue chicken recipe (demand/supply/profit = 4468/286/15622)
Barbecue chicken recipes (demand/supply/profit = 3550/56/63383)

I think both have pretty good numbers. So is it better to just keep one and if so which one and why. Or should I try and write 2 pages....with a different angle for the same subject?

Hi Briar.

Logic wise, I have found that it is good to use the plural words for plural topics and save the singular for a singular topic. In this case it seems that a Barbecue chicken recipe could be a T3 to Barbeque chicken recipes as a T2.

This way, the more chicken recipes you link from that T2 the better it will fare in the search engines.

'Just an idea,

Keep both. You will find that in time you'll get found for all kinds of permutations. Use different keyphrases for image file names, alt text and so on.

Hi Mary and Jacki,

Thanks for the feedback. Can either of you expand on what you mean. I'm a little lost.....Your saying to only use one MK (Barbarcue chicken recipe) for 1 page and use different keyphases (E.g delicious chicken) for the images on that page? Why would you not use the MK phase on the image on the MK page?

Then when do you use the second MK?

Thanks for your patience in explaing again.

Really, I think you're overthinking it. Your pages will get found for many many long tail keywords (most of them you will not expect. Just use the one that seems to fit your topic the best, then sprinkle other similar keywords / keyprases through the page. They can be headlines, image file names, captions or alt text. In some cases, the search engines will serve your page for some really odd things, The reason I know about file names is that at some point I used a little image of a twig as a divider, and kept wondering why the phrase 'twig clip art' was finding the page. Turns out, that was the file name!
