i need to schedule clients for appointments ....

Does anyone have ideas what can be used to do this most effectivelly (?)

What i need is for the client to be able to freely choose when they are going to book ... and for me to show when i'm available

Several of my coaching clients use Vcita. But they use the paid version (which does a whole lot more than just booking), though the free version can handle your basic scheduling need.

ScheduleOnce also has a free forever version that can serve your basic need.

You may also want to critically look at your practice and processes: chances are you can get more out of these tools than mere availability booking (eg CC payment before or after appointment, email / SMS reminders, group sessions, etc). Of course these features won't be available in the free versions.
