This is the place to start. A welcoming message from Ken Evoy (creator of Solo Build It!), including a few pearls, words of wisdom to solopreneurs, and other Ken Notes. (There are also some MUST READ Guidelines. Please read before making your first post. Following them is important for smooth-running, friendly forums.)
IMPORTANT for Solo Build It! for WP users: There is a special set of forums below, just for you ("SBI! FOR WP (DAY 6)"). Use those for their specific topics. Otherwise, the entire forums are for you, too. There's no special forums for WPers since we're all solopreneurs and the topics apply to everyone, regardless of sitebuilder being used (BB2, HTML editor or WordPress).

Friday night, I posted a reply to probably THE most incredible "FEEDBACK thread" ever, certainly in these forums and perhaps anywhere. There were long, thoughtful reviews, short and simple reactions and everything in between.

The original question that started the thread...

My reply to all, after 6 pages of replies, that were SO insightful and helpful at every level is at...

But, especially if you're new to SBI!, the "good stuff" is everything that is in between that defines SBIers (and my favorite spot on the Web, these Forums).

For context to better understand the significance of this thread, and for thoughts about the thread in the 2 days that followed, please see a new post that I've posted in the Water Cooler...

Context and Contemplations: Where We Were, Are, And Will Be

I closed that post with this final note about the thread itself...

I replied to as many as possible individually...

... and read every one, even if I did not mention yours by name. Somewhere during the 7th or so hour of responding, you'll sense a definite acceleration. I could have spent a few paragraphs on almost every post.

That thread is a prolonged moment in the time of SBI!, a living snapshot of who SBIers are, and a confirmation in your belief of where you can be and are heading. The worst of a hard 18 months is behind us all.

Look forward to what comes. :-)

Thank you, again, for a truly remarkable gathering of minds. It has led to a rededication of purpose.

All the best,
