My business building activities, I consider, very much face-to-face, or at least Skype, and later on the phone, to get some sense of physiological or non-verbal communication with my client or prospect.

With this background, my objective is to drive traffic to my offline business practice, and it seems that the relevant keywords have a much lower demand that has been suggested in the Action Guide exercises.
Therefore, many of the keywords would be location based.

When I did my search for my specialisation or niche to design a Site Concept, using the following three seed words around my newly established registered business "Relationship Strategist"
I used the following 3 in Brainstormer:
Relationship Strategies
Relationship Rudder
Relationship Breakthrough
I considered the 4th one: Relationship Rethink
The analysis of Brainstorm brought back, some with no keywords and others with very little demand and supply figures. On reflection, discouraging?
Are there others on the Forum that are providing services such as counselling or coaching that are focused on a hands-on- approach (off-line) that use their website to attract clients locally, in my case, Australians that have a need for counselling or coaching, or in the country they reside in?
Many thanks for your feedback.

I think you need to vertical brainstorm _and_ lateral brainstorm on the seed word "relationship", then see if you get other lower demand keywords that target your area / location. Lateral brainstorm is important because you seem to be focused on "relationship", yet maybe other keywords could yield better results (e.g. keywords containing partner, couple counselling, life coaching, etc.).

Lastly, if you are doing the 3 seed initial brainstorm, "relationship" should be one keyword, and you need to add two completely different keywords (again, e.g. partner, couple, ...).

If I was in your case, I'd try to write some general pages about your topic, so that Google considers that you have some authority on the subject, then a few pages that add your location/area, so that Google gets the clue about your location.

I think you later also need to add specific tags to your pages (e.g. contact page with your address/phone number), so that Google includes you in local search, Google maps, etc.

Hope this helps.
