So I caved in and bought a Semrush subscription (amazing tool by the way) to analyze competitors for my main site and keywords for my new site, in addition to using BI.

Now I need to relate / find the formula to map Search Volume and Keyword Difficulty Index in Semrush to Value Demand and Real Supply in SBI. This to assess my new niche and its keywords.

Has anyone experience with Semrush for doing keyword research?

The thing is, Semrush is a shiny tool with a lot of bells and whistles. They have help articles that are a bit basic and do not provide a kind of action guide with some guidance on how to use their numbers. Hence my question here.

Search It! doesn't appear to be the big keyword search tool that it once was. It's not even needed to get to Semrush.

David, they do have a 7 day free trial. If you have your niche blueprint done using BrainstormIt you can research the heck out of those keywords for a week. Then drop it.
