Blog It! enables evergreen "Theme-Based Content Sites" to use RSS to distribute new pages via a technique we call "site-blogging!" This forum is for exchanging Blog It! ideas and tips. (If you are interested in full-blogging (ex., adding a full WordPress blog to your site), THE way to go is through Infin It!. See that forum.)

Does anyone happen to know if feedburner.com is still a viable option for an RSS feed?

I read some information in the Sitesell https updates that it is now "an abandoned orphan child" of Google, not partaking in the https upgrade and that other alternatives are recommended.

But maybe this has changed because I see https://feeds.feedburner.com/SuperfoodsBlog now when I click on my RSS button.

Thanks for any info,
Shira

Hi Shira,

What does " a viable option" mean?

The page says HTTPS in the URL, but all the images (all 54 of them) on the page are Not Secure. It's a Mixed Content page. But it's not on your site, so it's your choice really. But Google is not updating Feedburner any more. At some point, they might kill it off.
